Tony Lam's comment's. I don't put much faith in the Supreme Court Of Canada. It seems their rulings lack common sense, reason or logic. When 9 people can decide the fate of 37 million Canadians making rulings based on which side of the bed they woke up on in the morning. Such an important position should be voted in by the people.
